ONLINE SHOPPING RETURN POLICY
We stand by our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not completely pleased with your order, please consider the below process for requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the return shipment as well as incur the cost for it.
The following return policy also applies:
Items may be returned within 7 days upon delivery for a full refund or store credit of the purchase price.
After 7 days, items may be returned up to 21 days from the delivery date for store credit only.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged based on the retail price of the items.
Gift items may be returned for merchandise credit only, within the time frames and conditions outlined above.
Gift cards may not be returned and may only be used as store credits.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
All returned items MUST have a valid RMA number. To request a RMA number, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you return instructions when we process your RMA.
